returns and exchanges

returns:

Aubrie wants you to love your purchase as much as we do so if for any reason you are unhappy then please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or credit provided the goods are returned in their original state, unused and unworn with all labels attached and receipt enclosed. The sender will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and if the original order qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All accessories are final sale. 

There are no returns or exchanges on SALE items [including our Piles of Pretties].

exchanges:

If you wish to exchange any item for another size or colour then please contact us as soon as possible so we can check availability and put it aside for you whilst we wait for your return. The sender will be responsible for the costs of returning and re-shipping the exchanged goods.

faulties:

All Aubrie products are thoroughly quality checked prior to shipment and Aubrie reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a quality and production check. If it's determined that the product is faulty then subject to availibility a replacement will be sent. If the item is no longer in stock, a credit note or full refund will be issued. We will contact you within 7 business days of the goods arriving at head office. Please ensure you include a copy of your postage receipt for if the product is deemed faulty we will refund or credit your postage costs.
