• All orders are sent from Sydney, Australia by tracked parcel post within 2 working days of receipt of payment except during our annual STOREWIDE SALE and PILES-OF-PRETTIES when they may take up to a week to process. 
• All Australian orders less than $100 are sent by tracked parcel post for a flat rate of just $10
• We offer tracked express post upgrade on Australian orders for $15
• We also offer free local pick up on the Northern Beaches, just email us before you place your order to check on our availability.
• All orders to New Zealand are sent airfreight with tracking at a flat rate of $18
• All orders to North America, Asia and Oceania are sent airfreight with tracking at a flat rate of $25
• All orders to the Rest of the World are sent airfreight with tracking at a flat rate of $39
• We ship to most countries however all international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
